Collaboration was at the heart of this project. I facilitated engaging briefing sessions with HR, department heads, and various team members i.e. recent new starters, gathering invaluable insights and feedback. By distributing surveys, I gained a deeper understanding of pain points and improvement areas, ensuring our strategy was finely tuned to meet our employees' needs.
From the moment a new hire accepts our offer, our pre-boarding stage kicks into gear. I led the charge in orchestrating background checks, ensuring equipment orders were placed and delivered on time, and meticulously setting up key accounts and system access. Our new joiners received a comprehensive onboarding pack, covering everything from company culture to HR procedures, contracts, and benefits. By communicating clear expectations for their first day and beyond, we set a positive tone for their journey ahead.
Our company culture is our foundation, and I took pride in introducing our new joiners to it. Providing resources and materials further solidified their understanding of what makes us unique.
